We’re thrilled to let you know that over 75% of all Kickstarter orders have now been handed over to the 3PL provider and in the process of shipping or have already been shipped. You should be receiving your package shortly, and we’re excited for you to experience the result of all the hard work and dedication we have put into making your product special!
Due to the holiday season, our 3PL provider is experiencing some delays. For those orders that are delayed, we have emailed you a personal update as of this morning.
A few updates and requests:
1) We intend to go live with our e-commerce website (www.alanaathletica.com) on 12/27 (Wednesday). We’re counting on your support to share our website and brand information with your friends and family
2) We are collecting pictures and video testimonials from our first customers (you) to include in our website. We will truly appreciate it if you could send us pictures of you wearing our Alana pants, and also a short video testimonial of your honest first impression. You can email all content to info@alanaathletica.com
3) We are aware that social media will play a big role in our growth and success. For a new and small start-up like ours, we are doing everything we can to continue to tell our story via social media. You play a big part in telling this story, and we would be thrilled and much appreciative if you could share our story and pictures on your respective social media platforms.
